FundingPicks offers a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for all subscription services and products.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
Request within 14 days of your original purchase date
No picks accessed - You cannot have created any picks on your challenge during the refund period
Account in good standing - Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [support@fundingpicks.com] with:
Your account email address
Order number or transaction ID
Reason for refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Purchases made more than 14 days ago
Accounts that have placed any picks or
Gift subscriptions (refund requests must come from the original purchaser)
